Service Description
Classes Start May 2025 Barre Workout – Sculpt, Strengthen & Sweat with Grace Channel your inner dancer with our Barre Workout – a ballet-inspired, Pilates-infused class designed to tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles. This low to medium-impact session is suitable for all fitness levels and offers a dynamic, standing workout that targets the legs, glutes, and core, while also improving posture, balance, and grace. Using the barre for support, you'll move through controlled, high-rep exercises that blend elegance with intensity – don’t be surprised if you break a sweat! We finish with a gentle 10-minute stretch to help you cool down, release tightness, and leave feeling long, strong, and energised. Our boutique space promises a personalised experience, with classes limited to just three people. This ensures you get individual attention and tailored support from Camille to get the most out of your practice. What to Expect: • One hour session. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Please bring your mat and optional pilates block and small pilates ball, although we will have some in the studio. Our studio is located in Skewen, Neath. You will be sent the exact location along with a health questionnaire via email if this is your first booking with us. New to She's Different? Enjoy a welcome bag on your first visit.
