Service Description

Barre is a ballet inspired workout designed to work your entire body creating longer and toned muscles and reducing body fat whilst improving your posture and alignment. Our Barre classes can help sculpt the body, improving posture, poise and flexibility. Our workouts are low-impact & focus on small movements that strengthen and tone your entire body. Free parking available outside the Performing Arts Centre. Please bring your Pilates mat, towel and a drink.
