Hi, I'm Camille
Founder of She’s Different and a Health, Fitness and Wellness professional since 2008.
I have long been passionate about helping others transform their lives when my own life did a total 180. It all started in London and the physical demands of a musical theatre career. After finding my own life-changing personal trainer, I realised how transformative a life of health and fitness could be and knew I wanted to help others experience that too.
My Story
From Stage and Screen to She’s Different

Whilst pursuing an acting career, I also set up a personal training company in London.
​
This led me to work with film and TV clients all over the world. After moving back to Wales and becoming a mother, I focused on postnatal fitness, working as a presenter for Sky Fitness. In 2019, after overcoming cancer and having my thyroid removed, I educated myself on thyroid health to help other women facing similar challenges.
​
In 2022, She’s Different began. It is a culmination of my passion for helping others, my growing knowledge and experience, and my belief that health and fitness are the catalysts for unbelievable life upgrades.

Offerings and Qualifications

I'm committed to providing support and an inclusive environment to women so that they can achieve their fitness and wellness goals. At She's Different, I offer local and online classes & coaching. I also offer personal coaching for those in the film and TV industry, both in front of and behind the camera.
​
My qualifications include Level 3 Mat Work Pilates, Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise, Level 4 Personal Training, Advanced Class Instructor & Nutrition Award, and a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts & Dance.
